Sukta 8.59
सत्यं तदिन्द्रावरुणा कृशस्य वां मध्व ऊर्मिं दुहते सप्त वाणीः । ताभिर्दाश्वांसमवतं शुभस्पती यो वामदब्धो अभि पाति चित्तिभिः ॥
satyáṃ tád indrāvaruṇā kṛśásya vāṃ mádhva ū́rmiṃ duhate saptá vā́ṇīḥ | tā́bhir dāśvā́ṃsam avataṃ śúbhaspatī yó vām ádabdho abhí pā́ti cíttibhiḥ ||
En verdad, ésta es la Verdad, oh Indra y Varuṇa: para vuestro buscador enjuto (austero), las siete voces ordeñan la ola de dulzura, de miel. Con esas potencias proteged al dador, oh señores de la dicha luminosa: a aquel que, no engañado, os guarda con sus despertares de entendimiento.
