Transliteration

lagnam utkarṣataḥ khaḍgaṃ khaḍgena kapikuñjaraḥ |

jahāra saśirastrāṇaṃ kuṇḍalopahitaṃ śiraḥ ||6.98.33||

Translation

Cuando Mahodara tiraba para arrancar la espada que había quedado trabada, Sugrīva—elefante entre los monos—lo hirió con su propia hoja y le cercenó la cabeza, adornada con pendientes y protegida por el yelmo.
