युद्धाय रावणस्य निर्याणं तथा उत्पातदर्शनम्
Ravana’s Mobilization for War and the ظهور of Fatal Portents
नैवान्तरिक्षं न दिशो न नद्यौर्नापिसागराः ।प्रकाशत्वंगमिष्यन्तिमद्बाणजलदावृताः ।।6.96.12।।
naivāntarikṣaṃ na diśo na nadyaur nāpi sāgarāḥ | prakāśatvaṃ gamiṣyanti mad-bāṇa-jaladāvṛtāḥ ||6.96.12||
«Cubiertos por la nube compacta de mis flechas, ni el cielo, ni los rumbos, ni los ríos, ni siquiera los océanos conservarán su resplandor», se jactó Rāvaṇa.
