Sarga 76: Angada and the Vanara chiefs battle Kampana, Prajaṅgha, Yūpākṣa, Śoṇitākṣa; Kumbha enters and is checked by Sugrīva
तंक्षिप्रतरमाफ्लुत्यपरामृश्याङ्गदोबली ।करेणतस्यतंखङ्गंसमाच्छिद्यननाद च ।।।।
taṃ kṣiprataram āphlutya parāmṛśyāṅgado balī |
kareṇa tasya taṃ khaṅgaṃ samācchidya nanāda ca ||
Saltando con gran rapidez, el poderoso Angada lo agarró y, con su mano, le arrebató la espada, rugiendo con fuerza.
Mighty Angada springing up at a higher speed grasped his (Sonitaksha) hand and irritated him with a sword making loud noise.
Dharma in battle includes protection of allies and decisive intervention; Aṅgada acts swiftly to neutralize a weapon and avert further harm.
Aṅgada leaps forward, grabs the opponent, disables his sword, and challenges him with a roar.
