Sarga 76: Angada and the Vanara chiefs battle Kampana, Prajaṅgha, Yūpākṣa, Śoṇitākṣa; Kumbha enters and is checked by Sugrīva
स संज्ञांप्राप्यतेजस्वीवालिपुत्रःप्रतापवान् ।प्रजङ्घस्यशिरःकायातखङ्गेनपातयत्क्षितौ ।।।।
sa saṃjñāṃ prāpya tejasvī vāli-putraḥ pratāpavān | prajaṅghasya śiraḥ kāyāt khaṅgena pātayat kṣitau ||

It underscores unwavering commitment to one’s battle-duty: after recovering, Angada immediately returns to the righteous objective of protecting his side and defeating the aggressor.
