The Awakening of Kumbhakarna
केचिच्छरण्यंशरणंस्मरामंव्रजन्तिकेचिद् व्यथिताःपतन्ति ।केचिद्धशस्मव्यथिताःपतन्तिकेचिद्भयार्ताभुविशेरतेस्म ।।।।
kecic charaṇyaṃ śaraṇaṃ sma rāmaṃ vrajanti kecid vyathitāḥ patanti |
kecid diśaḥ sma vyathitāḥ patanti kecid bhayārtā bhuvi śerate sma ||
Unos corrieron hacia Rāma como refugio—el verdadero dador de amparo; otros, sacudidos por la angustia, cayeron; otros, afligidos, huyeron en todas direcciones; y otros, vencidos por el miedo, yacieron en el suelo.
Indeed, some took refuge from Rama who could give shelter, some fell down in panic, some went in all directions in panic, and some out of fear lay down on the ground.
