Rāma hizo resonar la cuerda del arco con un chasquido intenso, como estruendo de trueno; y luego, con voz profunda y majestuosa, habló al señor de los Rākṣasas.
Rama created a sound like a clap of thunder ringing intensely, a majestic one and spoke in a deep voice to the king.
Kṣatriya-dharma: righteous confrontation—Rāma signals readiness to uphold justice in battle without deceit, announcing his presence and intent openly.
On the battlefield, Rāma twangs his bowstring like thunder and begins to address Rāvaṇa directly.
Rāma’s courage and moral clarity—he confronts the enemy with solemn resolve rather than panic or cruelty.
