Bajo la dirección de Nīla, el ejército fue ordenado debidamente, con sus propias guardias dispuestas, y acampó como es debido en la ribera norte del océano.
Nila settled the army successfully by making them reside on the northern shore of the sea, as per tradition.
Dharma here appears as orderly conduct and responsible governance: the army is arranged “vidhivat” (according to rule), with proper security, showing that righteous action includes disciplined preparation rather than impulsive force.
Rāma’s forces have reached the seashore before the crossing to Laṅkā, and Nīla oversees the organized encampment on the ocean’s northern bank.
Nīla’s leadership and administrative competence—planning, order, and safeguarding the community through proper security arrangements.
