सीताविलापः—त्रिजटासान्त्वनं च
Sita’s Lament and Trijata’s Consolation
शुत्वातुवचनंतस्याःसीतासुरसुतोपमा ।कृताञ्जलिरुवाचेमामेवमस्त्वितिमैथिलि ।।।।
śrutvā tu vacanaṃ tasyāḥ sītā surasutopamā |
kṛtāñjalir uvāca emām evam astv iti maithili ||
Sita, resplandeciente como hija de los dioses, al oír las palabras consoladoras de Trijata, juntó las palmas con reverencia y dijo, la maithilí: «Así sea».
"Those virtuous lotus marks that a woman has on their feet to become crowned queen of a kingdom are seen in my feet."
