Después de ser llevado por todas partes, fui conducido a la asamblea de Rama, con todo el cuerpo manchado de sangre, aturdido y con los sentidos inestables.
"With all my limbs wet with bleeding, control over senses lost, after parading, I was led to the assembly of Rama."
It points to the dharmic ideal of adjudication: even an enemy captive is ultimately brought before legitimate authority (Rāma’s assembly) rather than being killed privately.
The captured spy, battered and bleeding, is taken through the camp and then presented before Rāma’s council.
Commitment to orderly governance—decisions about enemies are placed before leadership and counsel.
