नीलानिवमहामेघांस्तिष्ठतोयांस्तुपश्यसि ।।।।असिताञ्जनसङ्काशान् युद्धेसत्यपराक्रमान् ।असङ् ख्येयाननिर्देश्यान्परंपारमिवोदधेः ।।।।पर्वतेषुचयेकेचिद्विषमेषुनदीषुच ।एतेत्वामभिवर्तन्तेराजन्नृक्षास्सुदारुणाः ।।।।
nīlān iva mahāmeghāṃs tiṣṭhato yāṃs tu paśyasi |
asitāñjanasaṅkāśān yuddhe satyaparākramān |
asaṅkhyeyān anirdeśyān paraṃ pāram ivodadheḥ |
parvateṣu ca ye kecid viṣameṣu nadīṣu ca |
ete tvām abhivartante rājan ṛkṣāḥ sudāruṇāḥ || 6.27.5–7 ||
Oh Rey, aquellos que ves en pie como grandes nubes oscuras—negros como el colirio, de valor veraz e infalible en la guerra—son innumerables e indescriptibles, como la orilla lejana del océano. Desde las montañas y desde los ásperos parajes de los ríos, esos osos sumamente feroces avanzan hacia ti.
"O King! Standing like dark clouds, black in colour like collyrium, who are of unfailing valour in war, innumerable in numbers, like the small particles of sand on the other bank of ocean, who cannot be counted are moving towards you. They are from mountains, riverbanks, and difficult locations. Those highly ferocious Bears are advancing towards you."
