Transliteration

na darśayati sāmnā me sāgaro rūpam ātmanaḥ |

cāpam ānaya saumitre śarāṃś cāśīviṣopamān |

sāgaraṃ śoṣayiṣyāmi padbhyāṃ yāntu plavaṅgamāḥ ||6.21.21–6.21.22||

Translation

“El Océano no me muestra su verdadera disposición, aun cuando le hablo con conciliación. Oh Saumitrī, trae el arco y las flechas, semejantes a serpientes venenosas; secaré el mar—que los vānaras avancen entonces a pie.”
