शृङ्गिबेरपुरंचैतद्गुहोयत्रसखामम ।एषासादृश्यतेसीतेसरयूर्यूपमालिनी ।।।।नानातरुशताकीर्णासम्प्रपुष्पितकानना ।
śṛṅgiverapuraṃ ca tad guho yatra sakhā mama | eṣā sā dṛśyate sīte sarayūr yūpamālinī | nānā-taruśatākīrṇā samprapuṣpitakānanā ||
Y aquella es Śṛṅgiverapura, donde vivía mi amigo Guha. Y, oh Sītā, allí se ve el Sarayū, adornado con hileras de postes sacrificiales, colmado de cientos de árboles diversos, con sus bosques plenamente en flor.
"Mythili! See the wonderful woods bordering beautiful Yamuna. Glorious hermitage of Bharadwaja is seen there."
Dharma includes loyalty and gratitude to allies (like Guha) and respect for yajña traditions symbolized by the yūpas—social and spiritual order sustained through friendship and rite.
Rāma identifies Guha’s town and the Sarayū region, recalling bonds formed during exile and the ritual life of the land.
Faithfulness in relationships—Rāma remembers his friend Guha, reflecting constancy and appreciation.
