The Pushpaka Vimāna Offered and the Return Prepared

taṃ tu me bhrātaraṃ draṣṭuṃ bharataṃ tv ārate manaḥ ||
Oh señor de los Rākṣasas, no me es posible rehusar tus palabras; pero mi mente se apresura a ver a mi hermano Bharata.
"Ruler of Rakshasas! Not accepting your request will surely not happen. (but) my mind is hastening to see my brother Bharata."
Balancing obligations: Rāma affirms respect for Vibhīṣaṇa’s request while also honoring familial duty and the urgency to reunite with Bharata.
With Laṅkā’s affairs settled, Rāma seeks permission to depart, driven by longing to meet Bharata.
Rāma’s fidelity to relationships—both political (honoring Vibhīṣaṇa) and familial (yearning for Bharata).
