Aunque fue tentada de muchas maneras y también amenazada, Maithilī—con el alma interior puesta en ti—no volvió su mente en absoluto hacia aquel rākṣasa.
Then the fire god who is a witness in the world, spoke to Rama," Here is your wife Vaidehi and she does not know any sin."
Dharma is self-mastery: righteousness persists when one refuses to consent inwardly even under pressure, fear, and inducement.
Agni summarizes Sītā’s resistance to coercion—Rāvaṇa’s offers and threats—during her captivity.
Steadfast fidelity and inner resolve (antarātmanā tvadgata), resisting both allure and intimidation.
