रावणक्रोधः—रामस्य परुषवाक्यम्
Ravana’s Fury and Rama’s Harsh Admonition
उत्सेकानाभिपन्नस्यगर्हितस्याहितस्य च ।कर्मणःप्राप्नुहीदानांतस्याद्यसुमहत्फलम् ।।।।
utsekānābhipannasya garhitasya ahitasya ca |
karmaṇaḥ prāpnuhī dānīṃ tasyādya sumahat phalam ||
Dominado por la soberbia, habiendo cometido un acto censurable y dañino, recibe ahora, hoy mismo, el inmenso fruto de esa acción.
"You will attain the great result of your hurtful action, overpowered by pride and vanity today."
Karma bears fruit: harmful, pride-driven actions lead to proportionate consequences. Dharma is portrayed as moral causality—justice unfolding through results.
Rāma announces that the battle will deliver the due consequence for Rāvaṇa’s wrongdoing.
Commitment to justice (daṇḍa aligned with Dharma) and accountability is emphasized.
