Ningún enemigo que haya entrado en el camino de tus flechas escapará con vida; como un gran elefante no puede sobrevivir cuando cae ante un león rugiente de colmillos afilados.
'Seeing Lakshmana in this state, just as in dream, my limbs are retrieving while walking, being on the point of death intense sorrow is growing and the desire to live is gone.'
Righteous power should be used decisively against adharma; the verse morally reinforces confidence that dharmic action will prevail.
Rāma is being encouraged with a martial simile to restore his confidence and press the battle against Rāvaṇa.
Valor aligned with justice—courage that serves a righteous end rather than aggression for its own sake.
