सुन्दरकाण्डे अष्टपञ्चाशः सर्गः
हनुमद्वृत्तान्तकथनम्, सीताभिज्ञान-प्रदानम्, लङ्कादाह-वर्णनम्
इदं च पुरुषव्याघ्रः श्रीमान् दाशरथिः स्वयम्।अङ्गुलीयमभिज्ञानमदात्तुभ्यं यशस्विनि।।।।
idaṃ ca puruṣavyāghraḥ śrīmān dāśarathiḥ svayam | aṅgulīyam abhijñānam adāt tubhyaṃ yaśasvini ||
«Y este anillo, como señal de reconocimiento, te lo dio para ti el ilustre Dāśarathi en persona, ese tigre entre los hombres, oh señora renombrada.»
'O glorious lady! the tiger among men, the illustrious son of Dasaratha himself sent this ring to you as a taken of identity.
