स्थानक्रोधः प्रहर्ता च श्रेष्ठो लोके महारथः।बाहुच्छायामवष्टब्धो यस्य लोको महात्मनः।।।।
sthānakrodhaḥ prahartā ca śreṣṭho loke mahārathaḥ ।
bāhucchāyām avaṣṭabdho yasya loko mahātmanaḥ ॥
Su ira cae sólo donde corresponde, y castiga al culpable. Es el más excelso gran auriga-guerrero del mundo; bajo la sombra de los brazos de esa gran alma, el mundo halla amparo.
"He shows anger to one who deserves it, he is the foremost charioteer of the world and he is a great self under the shadow of whose shoulders the whole world takes refuge.
Just governance: anger and punishment are ethical only when directed appropriately—protecting the innocent and restraining wrongdoing.
