स मार्गमाणस्तां देवीं रामस्सीतामनिन्दिताम्।।।।आससाद वने मित्रं सुग्रीवं नाम वानरम्।
sa mārgamāṇas tāṃ devīṃ rāmas sītām aninditām |
āsasāda vane mitraṃ sugrīvaṃ nāma vānaram ||
Mientras buscaba en el bosque a aquella Sītā, semejante a una diosa e intachable, Rāma encontró a un vānara llamado Sugrīva y lo tomó por amigo.
