सप्तचत्वारिंशः सर्गः — वानरयूथपानां अन्वेषणवृत्तान्तनिवेदनम्

तदहः प्रथमं कृत्वा मासे प्रश्रवणं गताः।कपिराजेन सङ्गम्य निराशाः कपियूधपाः।।4.47.6।।
tad ahaḥ prathamaṁ kṛtvā māse praśravaṇaṁ gatāḥ |
kapirājena saṅgamya nirāśāḥ kapiyūdhapāḥ || 4.47.6 ||
Tras pasar el primer día y proseguir así durante un mes, los jefes de las huestes de monos fueron a Prasravaṇa; y al reunirse con el rey de los kapi, quedaron sin esperanza, pues no hallaron señal de Sītā.
