Oh héroe, consagra también a Aṅgada como príncipe heredero. Es el hijo mayor de tu hermano mayor, igual a ti en valor; este Aṅgada, de ánimo firme, es digno del cargo de heredero.
'O hero! consecrate Angada as heir-apparent since he deserves it as the eldest son of your brother, a noble soul and equal to you in prowess.
Dharma of rulership includes protecting the rightful line and preventing future rivalry: honoring Vālī’s son by establishing him as heir-apparent promotes justice and stability.
With Sugrīva’s kingship underway, Rāma advises him to install Angada as crown prince, integrating Vālī’s lineage into the new order.
Statesmanship—Rāma models fair, foresighted governance that reconciles factions.
