Tara’s Counsel to Vali on Sugriva’s Roar and Rama’s Alliance
ज्ञानविज्ञानसम्पन्नो निदेशे निरतः पितुः।धातूनामिव शैलेन्द्रो गुणानामाकरो महान्।।
jñāna-vijñāna-sampanno nideśe nirataḥ pituḥ | dhātūnām iva śailendro guṇānām ākaro mahān ||
Dotado de saber y discernimiento, firme en obedecer el mandato de su padre, es una gran mina de virtudes, como un monte soberano rico en minerales.
'He is endowed with the knowledge of science and scriptures. He stood by his father's command. He is like a mine of virtues just as the lord of the mountain is a mine of minerals.
Filial duty and integrity: honoring a father’s command and living by disciplined knowledge are presented as pillars of dharma.
Tārā continues portraying Rāma’s virtues to persuade Vāli away from confrontation.
