Antes de que el sol se alce, Vālī—sin rastro de fatiga—recorre los océanos de occidente a oriente y también de sur a norte, como parte de sus observancias diarias disciplinadas.
'In the early hours before Sunrise Vali crosses over the oceans from the west to the east and moving from south to north (performing sandhya) without getting fatigued.
The verse highlights disciplined conduct and self-mastery: even immense power is framed as guided by regulated practice (daily observance before sunrise), suggesting that strength should be yoked to disciplined duty.
In the Kishkindhā setting, Vālī’s extraordinary capacity is being described to convey how formidable he is—able to traverse vast directions before sunrise without fatigue.
Endurance and disciplined vigor: Vālī is portrayed as tireless and capable of sustained effort aligned with routine observance.
