The Slaying of Tāṭakā
Tataka raising a cloud of frightening dust left the descendants of Raghu bewildered quite for a moment.
Dharma is tested by confusion and fear; righteousness must remain steady even when adharma uses deceptive means.
Tāṭakā attempts to gain advantage by raising dust to disorient Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa.
The implied virtue is steadfastness—warriors aligned with dharma must recover composure quickly despite bewilderment.
