खरस्य क्रोधः — शूर्पणखावृत्तान्तकथनम्
Khara’s Wrath and Śūrpaṇakhā’s Report
कः कृष्णसर्पमासीनमाशीविषमनागसम्।तुदत्यभिसमापन्नमङ्गुल्यग्रेण लीलया।।।।
kaḥ kṛṣṇasarpam āsīnam āśīviṣam anāgasam | tudaty abhisamāpannam aṅgulyagreṇa līlayā ||
¿Quién, por juego, pincharía con la yema del dedo a una serpiente negra, inocente pero mortal, enroscada cerca, y pensaría que seguirá a salvo?
