एककालं चरेद्भैक्ष्यं न प्रसज्येत विस्तरम् । भैक्ष्ये प्रसक्तो हि यतिर्विषयेष्वपि सज्जति

ekakālaṃ caredbhaikṣyaṃ na prasajyeta vistaram | bhaikṣye prasakto hi yatirviṣayeṣvapi sajjati

El renunciante debe pedir limosna sólo una vez al día y no demorarse ni ampliar su ronda. Pues el yati que se apega a la limosna, en verdad se apega también a los objetos de los sentidos.
