The Gaṅgā–Yamunā Confluence
युधिष्ठिर उवाच । यथा प्रयागस्य मुने माहात्म्यं कथितं त्वया । तथातथा प्रमुच्येऽहं सर्वपापैर्न संशयः
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | yathā prayāgasya mune māhātmyaṃ kathitaṃ tvayā | tathātathā pramucye'haṃ sarvapāpairna saṃśayaḥ
Yudhiṣṭhira dijo: «Oh sabio, tal como has relatado la grandeza de Prayāga, así, paso a paso, quedo liberado de todos los pecados; de ello no hay duda».

Concept: Śravaṇa (hearing) of tīrtha-māhātmya itself purifies; faith in sacred geography accelerates pāpa-kṣaya.
