श्रीभगवानुवाच । सत्यभावादलोभाच्च दद्याद्यो वै त्वमत्सरात् । नित्यं यज्ञशतं तस्य सुनिष्पन्नं सुदक्षिणम्

Dijo el Bienaventurado Señor: Quien da con ánimo veraz, libre de codicia y sin envidia, su dádiva es tenida por equivalente a la constante realización de cien yajñas perfectamente cumplidos, con la debida dakṣiṇā.
