ब्रह्मोवाच । शयनीयात्समुत्थाय रात्र्यंशे द्विजसत्तमः । देवांश्चैव स्मरेन्नित्यं तथा पुण्यवतो ध्रुवम्
brahmovāca | śayanīyātsamutthāya rātryaṃśe dvijasattamaḥ | devāṃścaiva smarennityaṃ tathā puṇyavato dhruvam
Brahmā dijo: Tras levantarse del lecho en una parte de la noche, el mejor de los dos veces nacidos debe recordar siempre a los dioses; y asimismo a Dhruva, el firme, célebre por su mérito.
