cāturvarṇyasya vai kṛtyaṃ kṣāṃtirdaurbalyameva ca | eṣā tretāyugagatirvicitrā devanirmitā

Translation

En verdad, el deber propio del cuádruple varṇa es la paciencia, y también cierta debilidad admitida; tal es el curso del Tretā Yuga, variado y dispuesto por los devas.
