Kāmodākhyāna
Glory of the Kāmodā Sacred Place
Narada (narrative voice within Uttara-Bhaga mahatmya section; traditional dialogue frame with Sanatkumara lineage implied)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It asserts dhyāna (meditative contemplation) as a direct means by which even devas and munis perceive the Vibhu, emphasizing inner realization over external display.
Bhakti here is expressed as steady inward attention on the Lord; meditation becomes a devotional seeing (darśana) of the all-pervading Divine rather than mere ritual performance.
No specific Vedanga technique is taught in this line; the practical takeaway is the disciplined practice of dhyāna (a yogic-adhyātmika method) as the operative spiritual discipline in the mahatmya context.
