दुर्लभं कुशलं पथ्यं दुर्लभं चौषधं तथा । व्याधेर्विघातकरणं दुर्लभं शास्त्रमार्गतः ॥ ४७ ॥

Transliteration

durlabhaṃ kuśalaṃ pathyaṃ durlabhaṃ cauṣadhaṃ tathā | vyādhervighātakaraṇaṃ durlabhaṃ śāstramārgataḥ || 47 ||

Translation

Difícil es hallar consejo sensato sobre lo que conviene y es saludable; difícil también es encontrar la medicina adecuada. Y más raro aún, según la senda de los śāstras, es el verdadero medio que destruye la enfermedad desde su raíz.
