तनयो न भवेन्मर्त्यो न गर्भे जायते पुनः । रुरुध्वं चक्रिणः पूजामात्मवित्तेन मानवाः ॥ ३९ ॥
tanayo na bhavenmartyo na garbhe jāyate punaḥ | rurudhvaṃ cakriṇaḥ pūjāmātmavittena mānavāḥ || 39 ||
El mortal ya no vuelve a quedar atado como hijo, ni nace de nuevo en un vientre. Por eso, oh gentes, emprended con firmeza la adoración del Cakrin (el Señor Viṣṇu, portador del disco) con vuestra propia riqueza legítima.

It states that devoted worship of Vishnu (Cakrin), performed with one’s own rightful resources, leads to release from repeated birth—no return to the womb and no re-entry into worldly roles like being born as someone’s son.
Bhakti is presented as decisive, practical worship (pūjā) directed to Vishnu, done with personal sincerity and self-earned means, culminating in liberation (moksha) rather than merely worldly merit.
Ritual discipline (kalpa-oriented practice) is implied: performing pūjā properly and ethically—especially the insistence on ātma-vitta (one’s own honestly obtained wealth) as a key rule for valid worship and offerings.
