Adhyaya 58 — The Kurma-Form of Narayana: Mapping Bharata through Nakshatras, Regions, and Planetary Afflictions
यस्यर्क्षस्य पतिर्यो वै ग्रहस्तद्भावितो भयम् ।
तद्देशस्य मुनिश्रेष्ठ तदुत्कर्षे शुभागमः ॥
yasyarkṣasya patiryo vai grahastadbhāvito bhayam / taddeśasya muniśreṣṭha ! tadutkarṣe śubhāgamaḥ
Cualquiera que sea el planeta que sea señor de un nakṣatra—cuando ese planeta se halla en condición adversa, surge temor para esa región, oh el mejor de los sabios; pero cuando está exaltado o fortalecido, sobrevienen resultados auspiciosos.
