Adhyaya 3 — The Dharmapakshis’ Past-Life Curse and Indra’s Test of Truthfulness

तत् क्षमस्वामलमते का चेच्छा क्रियतां तव ।

पालनात् सत्यवाक्यस्य प्रीतिर्मे परमा त्वयि ॥

Transliteration

tat kṣamasvāmalamate kā cecchā kriyatāṃ tava | pālanāt satyavākyasya prītir me paramā tvayi ||

Translation

Por tanto, oh tú de entendimiento inmaculado, perdóname. Lo que desees—que se cumpla. Porque has sostenido tu palabra veraz, mi más alto afecto y estima son para ti.
