लब्ध्वा हि संज्ञां तु कुरुप्रवीरा: पार्थ निरीक्ष्याथ सुरेन्द्रकल्पम् । रणे विमुक्तं स्थितमेकमाजौ स धार्तराष्ट्रस्त्वरितं बभाषे
labdhvā hi saṁjñāṁ tu kurupravīrāḥ pārtha nirīkṣyātha surendrakalpam | raṇe vimuktaṁ sthitam ekam ājau sa dhārtarāṣṭras tvaritaṁ babhāṣe ||
Cuando los héroes kurus recobraron el sentido, miraron y vieron a Pārtha (Arjuna), poderoso como Indra, de pie y solo en el campo de batalla, tras haberse liberado del apretado tumulto de carros. Al verlo en tal estado, el hijo de Dhṛtarāṣṭra (Duryodhana) habló de inmediato, con premura, poniendo en marcha el siguiente giro del encuentro.
