इदमारोपितं ब्रह्मन् किमन्यत् करवाणि ते । तस्य रामो ददौ दिव्यं जामदग्न्यो महात्मन: । शरमाकर्णदेशान्तमयमाकृष्यतामिति
idam āropitaṁ brahman kim anyat karavāṇi te | tasya rāmo dadau divyaṁ jāmadagnyo mahātmanaḥ | śaram ākārṇadeśāntam ayam ākṛṣyatām iti
Dijo Lomaśa: «Oh brāhmaṇa, ya está montado y listo. ¿Qué más he de hacer por ti?» Entonces Rāma Jāmadagnya, aquel magnánimo, le entregó una flecha divina y dijo: «Ténsala hasta la región de la oreja, a plena tracción».
