लोगश उवाच स तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय तया समभवन्मुनि: । समये समशीलिन्या श्रद्धावाउ्छुद्दधधानया,लोमशजी कहते हैं--राजन्‌! तब “तथास्तु” कहकर श्रद्धालु महात्मा अगस्त्यने समान शील-स्वभाववाली श्रद्धालु पत्नी लोपामुद्राके साथ यथासमय समागम किया

Transliteration

Lomaśa uvāca: sa tatheti pratijñāya tayā samabhavan muniḥ | samaye samaśīlinyā śraddhāvatyā chuddadhānayā ||

Translation

Dijo Lomaśa: «Oh Rey, tras prometer “así sea”, el sabio obró en consecuencia. A su debido tiempo se unió a su esposa—de conducta y disposición acordes a las suyas—fiel y firme en su devota determinación.»
