Lomaśa’s Counsel and the Resolve for Pilgrimage

शाश्व॒तं परम चैव धातारं परमं पदम्‌ | य॑ं विदित्वा न शोचन्ति विद्वांस: शास्त्रदृष्टय:

Transliteration

śāśvataṁ parama caiva dhātāraṁ paramaṁ padam | yaṁ viditvā na śocanti vidvāṁsaḥ śāstradṛṣṭayaḥ ||

Translation

Conoce lo Eterno, lo Supremo: al Creador (Dhātā) y el estado más alto. Al realizarlo a Él/Eso, los sabios, cuya visión está formada por las enseñanzas de los śāstras, ya no se afligen.
