वैदूर्यपर्वतस्तत्र श्रीमान् मणिमय: शिव: । अगस्त्यस्याश्रमश्वैव बहुमूलफलोदक:,वहाँ परम सुन्दर मणिमय वैदूर्यपर्वत है जो शिवस्वरूप है। उसीपर महर्षि अगस्त्यका आश्रम है जो प्रचुर फल-मूल और जलसे सम्पन्न है
vaidūryaparvatastatra śrīmān maṇimayaḥ śivaḥ | agastyasyāśramaś caiva bahumūlaphalodakaḥ ||
Dijo Dhaumya: «Allí se alza el monte Vaidūrya, espléndido, como hecho de gemas, auspicioso como el propio Śiva. Y allí también está el eremitorio del sabio Agastya, ricamente provisto de raíces, frutos y agua abundante».
