इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत तीर्थयात्रापर्वमें धौम्यकी तीर्थयात्राविषयक छियासीवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti prakāraḥ śrīmahābhārata-vanaparva-ke antargata tīrthayātrāparva-meṃ dhaumya-kī tīrthayātrā-viṣayakaḥ chiyāsīvāṃ adhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ

Translation

Vaiśampāyana dijo: «Así concluye el capítulo octogésimo sexto de la sección Tīrthayātrā, contenida en el Vana Parva del Śrī Mahābhārata, que describe la peregrinación de Dhaumya. Este colofón final señala el cierre de una unidad de narración sobre el viaje sagrado, enmarcando la peregrinación como una práctica disciplinada y conforme al dharma, que purifica la intención y fortalece la resolución ética en medio de la adversidad.»
