आचक्ष्व न हि मे ब्रह्मन्‌ रोचते तमृते$र्जुनम्‌ वने5स्मिन्‌ काम्यके वासो गच्छामो<न्‍्यां दिशं प्रति

ācakṣva na hi me brahman rocate tam ṛte 'rjunam | vane 'smin kāmyake vāso gacchāmo 'nyāṃ diśaṃ prati ||

Dijo Vaiśampāyana: «Dímelo, oh brahmán; pues no apruebo permanecer en este bosque de Kāmyaka sin Arjuna. Vayamos hacia otra dirección.»
