Damayantī’s Dialogue with Bāhuka; Recognition and Disclosure
As a colophon, the verse does not add new instruction but frames the episode: the Nala narrative is presented as a moral case-study where choices, loyalty, and discernment shape outcomes, and where dharma is explored through lived consequences rather than abstract rule.
This is the chapter-ending colophon stating that the seventy-fourth chapter has concluded, identifying its placement in the Vana Parva, within the Nalopākhyāna, and specifying that the chapter belonged to the dialogue between Nala and Keśinī.
