ऋतुपर्णस्य विदर्भयात्रा-निश्चयः तथा बाहुकस्य हयपरिक्षा (Ṛtuparṇa’s resolve to go to Vidarbha and Bāhuka’s examination of horses)
तच्च वाक्यं तथा सर्वे तत्र तत्र विशाम्पते । श्रावयांचक्रिरे विप्रा दमयन्त्या यथेरितम्,महाराज! दमयन्तीने जैसा बताया था, उस वाक्यको सभी ब्राह्मण भिन्न-भिन्न स्थानोंमें जाकर लोगोंको सुनाया करते थे
tac ca vākyaṁ tathā sarve tatra tatra viśāṁpate | śrāvayāṁ cakrire viprā damayantyā yatheritam ||
¡Oh señor de los pueblos! Tal como Damayantī les había indicado, todos aquellos brāhmaṇas fueron de un lugar a otro y allí y allá hicieron proclamar su mensaje, difundiendo entre la gente sus palabras cuidadosamente trazadas.
