शरण्यं शरणं गत्वा भगवन्तं पिनाकिनम् | मृण्मयं स्थण्डिलं कृत्वा माल्येनापूजयद् भवम्,तब वे शरणागतवत्सल पिनाकधारी भगवान् शिवकी शरणमें गये और मिट्टीकी वेदी बनाकर उसीपर पार्थिव शिवकी स्थापना करके पुष्पमालाके द्वारा उनका पूजन किया
śaraṇyaṃ śaraṇaṃ gatvā bhagavantaṃ pinākinam | mṛṇmayaṃ sthaṇḍilaṃ kṛtvā mālyenāpūjayad bhavam |
Buscando amparo en el verdadero Amparo, se acercó al bienaventurado Pinākin (Śiva). Modelando un sencillo altar de tierra, adoró a Bhava con una guirnalda—mostrando que la devoción sincera y las ofrendas humildes, hechas con espíritu de entrega, son aceptadas por el Señor compasivo que protege a quienes se acogen a Él.
