tataḥ puruṣaśārdūlī pānīyaharaṇe gatau | tau dadarśa hatāu tatra bhrātarau śvetavāhanaḥ ||
Luego Śvetavāhana (Arjuna), al ir a buscar agua, vio allí a aquellos dos hermanos, leones entre los hombres, tendidos muertos. La escena subraya el peligro de la imprudencia y la gravedad moral de acercarse a lo desconocido sin discernimiento, pues las consecuencias del error recaen primero sobre los propios deudos.

Arjuna (called Śvetavāhana) goes to fetch water and discovers that two of his brothers who went earlier are lying dead at the spot, intensifying the crisis that leads into the Yakṣa’s testing.
