ततः सा विह्वलेवासीत् कन्या सूर्यस्य तेजसा । पपात चाथ सा देवी शयने मूढचेतना,तब वह राजकन्या सूर्यके तेजसे विह्लल और अचेत-सी होकर शय्यापर गिर पड़ी
tataḥ sā vihvalevāsīt kanyā sūryasya tejasā | papāta cātha sā devī śayane mūḍhacetanaḥ ||
Entonces la doncella, abrumada por el fulgor ardiente del Sol, quedó trastornada como si perdiera el sentido; y aquella noble dama cayó sobre el lecho, con la mente nublada y los sentidos como extraviados.
