idaṃ tu vacanaṃ pārtha śṛṇuṣva gadato mama | bhrātṛbhiḥ saha kaunteya yat tvāṃ vakṣyāmi kaurava ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: «Oh Pārtha, escucha con suma atención estas palabras mías mientras hablo. Oh hijo de Kuntī, junto con tus hermanos, oye lo que estoy por decirte, oh vástago de los Kurus».
वैशम्पायन उवाच
