Report of Draupadī’s Abduction and the Pāṇḍavas’ Pursuit
उत्तिष्ठ राजन् कि शेषे कस्माच्छोचसि शत्रुहन् शत्रून् प्रताप्य वीर्येण स कथं मृत्युमिच्छसि,'शत्रुघाती नरेश! उठो, क्यों सो रहे हो? किसलिये शोक करते हो? अपने पराक्रमसे शत्रुओंको संतप्त करके अब मृत्युकी इच्छा क्यों करते हो?
uttiṣṭha rājan ki śeṣe kasmāc chocasi śatruhan śatrūn pratāpya vīryeṇa sa kathaṃ mṛtyum icchasi
Vaiśampāyana dijo: «¡Levántate, oh rey! ¿Por qué yaces así? ¿Por qué te afliges, matador de enemigos? Habiendo abrasado a tus adversarios con tu valor, ¿cómo es que ahora deseas la muerte?»
